“Everything at Oak Hill has to be the best, and if it isn’t…we will improve upon it every year until it is” Timothy embodies the motto of an Oak Hill team member and was recognized by his peers for it. Timothy has a constant eye toward improvement and that commitment spans all areas including how he interacts with people, systems, information and even himself. Timothy’s passion for growth can be seen through things like personal development pursuits that improve his ability to be a better leader and teammate or through projects like creating an amazing sommelier training program. Timothy is constantly absorbing and applying new information to tweak the experience; I would often find myself talking with Timothy and the conversation would go something like, “I read this great article that talked about…here’s how I think this could work here…” or “I was helping a colleague yesterday and we noticed…I think we can make this better by doing…”. With that eye toward improvement and willingness to accept and champion change, Timothy was also always the first one to raise his hand to try something new. He was a valuable partner on several projects we worked on together providing insights and feedback that promoted adoption and improved results.
