Tim and I have worked together in a few different capacities over the last three years. I can recommend Tim for a few things based off of this.
Professionalism being the first. Tim was always warm and receptive with everyone, whether you were the chairman of the club or a temporary hire in the kitchen.
The second being accountable, and I mean this in two ways. He was always there to hold others accountable to get the job done and provide support any way he could, but he could also be counted on to help with every aspect of a club event, Tuesday night dinner service, or weekend golf tournament.
The third being knowledgeable. I can't tell you how many times Tim would be talking about a certain wine, a certain food, a quality of the club or detail of a member's background that truly sets a club experience apart, where I thought, "How the heck does he know that?" I'd recommend Tim for anything, because I know how adaptable he is. I think any club, really any establishment, would be very fortunate to have Tim leading their team to create or maintain excellence.
